CorePlus' WeCARE Mobile App

As part of our commitment to enhance the  medical laboratory ecosystem, Syndeo offers you the chance to connect  to CorePlus via the WeCARE mobile app. This app will provide you access  to all the information you have shared with the laboratory, your  results, as well as scheduling appointments and provide the laboratory  with the required information to offer you Covid-19 tests. The app will  be a centralized hub of information between CorePlus and its patient  community.

The app’s current capabilities allow you to:

• Sign up yourself, as well as your family in the app
  
• Request Covid-19 testing services for any of the registered members
  

You  can easily fill out CorePlus’ Covid-19 form, upload your medical order,  if available; associate your test kit’s barcoded ID, and finally  associate an organization you wish to provide access to your results  (must be performed each time you are requesting services to ensure the  associated organization only gains access to the results you want them  to see), if applicable.

This service will increment in features and functionalities as we keep publishing new features and capabilities.
